• Website Design & Development
• Landing Page Creation
• Digital Storefront Design (e.g., Systeme.io, Shopify, Stan Store)
• Custom Graphics and Branding
• Online Courses and Mentorship
• Creation and Sale of Digital Products, including PLR (Private Label Rights) and MRR (Master Resell Rights) items

These services are subject to the specific terms set forth below.

By purchasing from Sweetz Designz, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information for services rendered.
• Abide by the licensing rules of any MRR/PLR products you purchase.
• Use any course, service, or product ethically and within legal means.

• All sales are final and non-refundable due to the digital nature of the products and services.
• Courses, templates, mentorship access, and digital downloads (including PLR and MRR products) are non-refundable once delivered.
• Design and custom are non-refundable.

Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate revocation of access to all digital products, courses, and services.

Estimated timelines are provided at the start of each project. These may vary based on:

• Scope of work
• Timely client communication and feedback
• Number of revisions requested

Rush services may be available at an additional cost.

• Website, landing page designs and Digital Store Builds include up to one (1) round of revisions.
• Additional revisions may be billed separately at a rate discussed and agreed upon.
• Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

a. Custom Designs & Services

All custom designs and graphics remain the intellectual property of Sweetz Designz until full payment is received. After final payment:

• You receive a commercial use license for your personal or business brand.

• You may not resell or redistribute any custom designs created for your brand.

b. PLR Products (Private Label Rights)

When you purchase a PLR product, you are granted the right to:

• Edit and brand the content as your own.

• Sell the finished product for personal or commercial use.

• Offer the product to your audience as a free or paid offer (unless otherwise stated).

You may NOT:

• Resell the PLR product with PLR rights unless explicitly stated.

• Sell on free download sites or pass along raw editable files without alteration.

• Use Sweetz Designz branding or claim original authorship unless edited.

c. MRR Products (Master Resell Rights)

When you purchase an MRR product, you may:

• Sell the product as-is to your customers and give them the resell rights (if stated).

• Include it as part of a paid bundle or funnel. (Depending on the product)

You may NOT:

• Claim copyright ownership.

• Use Sweetz Designz’s branding or designs as your own.

• Give the product away for free unless explicitly allowed (like a PLR).

Each PLR and MRR product include a licensing document or terms file—please review individual product rights for full usage allowances.

• Purchase of courses or mentorship grants one license per person.
• Sharing login credentials, recording sessions, or redistributing materials is strictly prohibited.
• Any violation will result in immediate removal from the program with no refund and potential legal action.

Sweetz Designz reserves the right to terminate services or restrict access if:

• Payment is not completed.
• Terms are violated (including PLR/MRR misuse or course sharing).
• Communication is disrespectful or abusive.

Sweetz Designz is not liable for:

• The success, results, or performance of any digital product, mentorship, course, or service once purchased.
• Business outcomes, income changes, or personal development results from any of our trainings or mentorship programs.
• Misuse or misinterpretation of any course materials, templates, or PLR/MRR products.
• Losses or damages resulting from website downtime, third-party platform issues, or client-side technical errors.

No Guarantees

While Sweetz Designz provides support, knowledge, and actionable tools based on real experience, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes, income, or results from our mentorship programs, online courses, or digital training. Success depends on various factors including your effort, commitment, niche, and external market forces.

All advice, strategies, and resources are provided for educational purposes only, and individual results will vary.

• Data Collection: We collect only the personal information necessary to provide our services, such as your name, email address, and payment details.
• Data Usage: Your information is used solely for the purposes of completing your project and communicating with you.
• Data Sharing: We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law or to provide our services (e.g., payment processing).
• Data Security: We implement appropriate measures to protect your personal information, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.
